We do not deliver to international PO Box addresses.

Shipping costs do not include customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed by your government. This is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

If your order is being delivered to an address in Australia, yes. 

In fact, as we use Australia Post “safe drop” for all our parcels, we recommend delivering to a PO Box or work address if you do not feel comfortable with your package being left on premises when you are not home. 

Cherri Bellini are not responsible for any stolen items.

For in-stock items, orders placed during business hours will be processed within 24 hours and sent by Australia Post’s Express service.  We anticipate that your order will be delivered within 1-2 days to METRO areas and 2-3 days for all other areas. If you live in a remote community, it may take longer, so please call or email us to check your expected delivery time.

The processing time for Friday, weekend, and public holiday orders will start on the next business day.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing during busy periods such as sales and Christmas.

If your shoes do not fit correctly, you may exchange them on the condition that you return them in the original, undamaged shoe box with no sole markings or scratches. For this reason, we recommend trying on your shoes as soon as possible on carpet.

Due to the popularity of our ranges, it may be that your preferred item is not in stock, in which case a store credit will be issued via email. Store Credits can be used in-store or  online and are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

PLEASE NOTE:

Cherri Bellini reserves the right to reject a returned item if return criteria is not satisfied. The item will then be automatically returned to the customer at their own expense.

Due to the exclusivity of our shoes and that we don’t mass produce, our sizing may be limited if you need to exchange for a different size.

If we have made a mistake with an order, please call us right away! Customer service is what we are here for!

Just remember we are human too, and we get just as upset we made a mistake as you are. We want to let customers down, but we will do everything we can to rectify it.

I BOUGHT SOMETHING IN STORE, CAN I RETURN IT?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return a purchase made in store, we will consider it case-by-case, based upon our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Terms and Conditions of Sale - In-Store Returns and Exchanges

For purchases made in-store returns are only accepted and a refund issued at the discretion of the Sales Assistant and Cherri Bellini Management Team.

We do not offer a refund for returned items unless there is a manufacturer’s fault. Under Australian consumer law, it is our policy to attempt to repair the item at no cost to you. If it is not able to be fixed, we will offer you an exact replacement if in stock. Should this not be possible, we will provide you with a store credit or refund. Store Credits can be used in-store or online and are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind.

Items that are on sale or that have been discounted will not be refunded or exchanged.

Any refunds made will be processed via the original form of payment.

Cherri Bellini will not pay for any additional postage costs acquired as a result of any return or exchange.

We are passionate about upholding the quality of hand craftsmanship by working with a select number of producers around Italy. 

Over the last 14 years we have formed strong bonds with them and they are like family to us. We also enjoy working with their staff - who in turn have been working for them for more than 40 years!
