Terms & Conditions of Sale
In-store exchanges are at the discretion of the sales assistant and management team.
Change of mind will not be a reasonable reason to automatically grant an exchange.
Reduced/sale items will not be exchanged.
All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if an exchange is approved.
A return or refund is at the discretion of the sales assistant and management team.

In the event an item is faulty due to manufacturing, it is our policy to first repair the item, and in course exchange for the exact item if in stock and unable to repair.
Of course we will happily exchange or refund any item that we see unable to repair and or replace for the exact same item - manufacturing fault.
All refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.
